About the space: 2 large, upper floor bedrooms and full bathroom located in building on the back of the property. Good dogs welcomed and encouraged! Nonviolent cats and other fur babies welcome as well, but will have to play nice with the other animals on the property (2 small older dogs, 1 larger pup, and 2 cats. Also there are many small critters in the property’s ecosystem) and be brought in at night due to coyotes. 

Both rooms included together for a great low price. Both rooms come complete with carpeted floors and plenty of natural light during the daytime. Your roommates in the building will be 2 sweet, responsible ladies in their thirties on the downstairs level. All utilities, food staples and access to food grown in community garden plot, and trash disposal all included in price ($300~ Value), as well as small personal garden plot to grow whatever you want if you choose to use it. 

The space comes with one parking spot, with basically unlimited parking across the street in our adjoining lot. It has access to the main kitchen and (free!) laundry room. Internet is also included but is slow but functional rural internet with option to pair with AT&T if necessary for faster speed or there’s always the possibility to use your own personal hotspot as well if you have one.
