12hrs/month towards community growth is required for long-term residents (more than 1 month stay). It's part of our responsibility to keeping this place affordable and acting as long-term guardians of the space.

Long-term residents can use the community as a springboard for their entrepreneurial pursuits. Want to host an event and make money? The space is yours! Residents can also be awarded their own private garden plots, and get free access to all community events.

Everybody wants to live with people they care about. We're doing our best to curate an awesome group of people who are fun and inspiring to be around. There's also so many cool that make more sense financially and socially to have together than to have individually. We love community and we find it healing.

We are a pet-friendly community (we even have our own dog park). However we individually review and accept any new pets, especially large dogs, outdoor cats, and any exotic pets.

Our limit of outdoor cats is 3, and our limit of dogs is between 5-6.
