Based on your vision, we put together a custom package. You decide what fits — nothing is rigid.

A deposit holds your date. From there, we plan every detail together — handling the logistics so you and your guests can stay present for what matters.

    Includes:
    • Direct point of contact your entire stay and event

    • Day-of access AND setup day before

    •Total of 3x ranch support staff. (1x Lead contact for your entire two days,

    • 1x additional support staff on the day of the event,

    • 1x staff for logistics, parking, event guests during.)

    • Day of Cabin Rental (13hr 9am-10pm)

    • 50 guests, +$11 ea extra.

  • Signature Package

    Includes:
    • Everything in the previous tier

    • Stage setup 20' x 20'

    • Basic PA/Sound Setup.

    • 1x Sound engineer during the event.

    • Bar service, 2x drinks per person (beer/wine)

    • 2 Night Cabin Rental

    • 50 guests, +$15 ea extra.

  • Premium Package

    Includes:
    • Everything in previous tiers

    • Live musician set and DJ set

    • Appetizer service (organic, local, GMO free, as available)

    •Bar service, w/limited cocktails

    • Tables and chairs rental

    • Glamping Yurt for length of stay
