About Us

Guests and residents typically get to use the event venue space at no cost (unless more than 20 outside people or is a paid event) to create unique experiences to share.

You’ll be provided with a map of all the communal spaces. The barn kitchen and barn patio are the sole resident-only spaces on the property.
Here’s a list of what you can access:
- Entire 1st floor of the main house (TV room, Living Room, Coworking Spaces, Art Room, Bistro, etc.)
- Extensive outdoor nature chill spaces
- Seasonal swimmable creek
- Creative coworking spaces
- Music/Podcasting room (with permission, please ask)
- Cold plunge
- Outdoor kitchen
- Outdoor woodshop / workshop area & basic power tools
- Event venue spaces

The nearest proper grocery store is 30 minutes drive away. There is a minimarket and a fruit stand shop closer to 15 minutes away from us. There are very few restaurants close to us.
Snacks and groceries are available for purchase through our online store.
As a guest, you are allowed 1 vehicle, which you will park on Wild Seeds West. Any additional vehicles need to pay a storage fee.
If you have extra vehicles or large items to store, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates for storing your stuff.
Yes, we are very pet friendly and have a private dog park and outdoor catio. All visitor dogs are expected to be on leash, except in the dog park.
Please disclose if you are bringing a pet, and for guest rooms you are required to pay an additional pet deposit.
