Builder Residency
Build out your van or tiny home here. You’ll have plenty of space to work on large-scale metalworking and woodshop projects. For those interested in building projects like an outdoor sauna, we have special discounts for your expertise.
Creator Residency
Bring your art or music to Wild Seeds. You’ll have all the perfect spaces and plenty of tools. Best of all, you’ll have access to our event venues to be able to create a platform for yourself.

We work hard to make Wild Seeds a great environment to launch your startup or build your small business. Take advantage of our creative coworking spaces and office tools.
Deciding if you want to live at Wild Seeds? A residency is a great place to start. Full-time living spaces are limited, and getting a feel for the community is an important step to becoming a permanent resident.
