We are running this builders residency for people who need a LOT of space to build big projects that they just can’t finish in normal creative studios.
With our open-air workshop space and big open lot, you have the freedom you need to work on unique projects.

About the Ranch
We’re a sustainable coliving community in nature full of entrepreneurs, musicians, filmmakers, and more. Some of our full-time residents will be participating in the residency with you!
You’ll have 4-acres of enchanted forest to explore, and we’re a pet friendly community with a private dog park, so bring your fur baby!

Tues-Thurs: “Office Hours” with skilled builders to help you troubleshoot
Sat: Free form, social time, organized hikes, in-town trips.
