About the space: Rustic Spanish-style studio apartment with separate entrance featuring a fenced in private patio and full bath. Good dogs welcomed and encouraged! Nonviolent cats and other fur babies welcome as well, but will have to play nice with the other animals on the property (3 dogs and 2 cats, and small critters in the property’s ecosystem) and be brought in at night due to coyotes. 

Wall to wall tiled floors and stained glass windows give this studio a unique and distinguished look with natural light during the day. Also comes complete with overhead and gallery lighting against the back wall - perfect for artists and painters! Fireplace unfortunately does not work but electric heater will be included upon move in. All utilities, food staples and access to food grown in community garden plot, and trash disposal all included in price, as well as small personal garden plot to grow whatever you want if you choose to use it. 

The space is easy access with plenty of parking available and is right next to the main kitchen and laundry room. Internet is also included and is slow but functional rural internet with option to pair with AT&T if necessary for faster speed or there’s always the possibility to use your own personal hotspot as well if you have one.
